About the Role Regulatory Reporting & Assurance Lead is responsible for coordinating regulatory reporting, compliance assurance activities, and remediation oversight across the Self-Insurance business. The role ensures the timely collection, validation, and analysis of operational and compliance information to support regulator submissions, executive reporting, and governance requirements. It strengthens governance, supports audit and assurance activities, and enhances regulator confidence through proactive monitoring and reporting. What You'll Do
- Coordinate the collection and validation of claims management data, compliance evidence and operational updates from stakeholders across the business.
- Monitor claims-related remediation initiatives and regulatory commitments to ensure actions are progressing as planned.
- Analyse claims performance, compliance outcomes and emerging trends to identify risks, control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the preparation of reports relating to claims management performance, statutory compliance and remediation activities.
- Maintain oversight of evidence and documentation required to demonstrate compliance with legislative and regulatory obligations.
- Support the delivery of transparent and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance performance and remediation progress.
- Prepare reports and updates that clearly communicate compliance outcomes and remediation progress. What We're Looking For
- Experience coordinating regulatory reporting, compliance assurance, and remediation activities across a business
- Strong data collection, validation and analysis skills
- Knowledge of claims management and regulatory obligations
- Ability to analyse trends, identify risks and remediation opportunities
- Experience preparing reports for regulator submissions and governance
- Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders
