Registered Respiratory Therapist

About the Role Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, Montana is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team. You’ll deliver high-impact respiratory care in a designated trauma center and gain hands-on experience managing complex cases across diverse settings, including critical care, PICU, NICU, ER, and med/surg.

What You'll Do

• Provide respiratory therapy to patients across the continuum, from labor and delivery to geriatrics, in a designated trauma center.
• Work across diverse settings including critical care, PICU, NICU, ER, and med/surg, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain diligent documentation, follow safety protocols, and participate in ongoing professional growth and mentorship as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required (or obtained prior to hire date).
• Minimum of one of the following: NBRC credentialed Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) license; CRT must obtain RRT within one year of hire.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• PALS within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• Pre-employment screening including criminal background check, reference checks, drug screening, health and immunizations screening, and physical demand review.
• Be prepared to work night shift; this position is full-time with 12-hour night shifts.
