This is a full time, salary exempt position.
The Climate Smart Origination Manager for the Western Region will implement ADM’s regenerative agricultural initiatives in the states of Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri. They will work closely with the agriculture sector, nongovernment organizations and government agencies on implementing projects related to water quality, soil health and natural climate solutions. The Midwestern Regen Ag Origination Manager will work closely with the Director of Regen Ag - Origination to help implement ADM’s IA, MN, and MO regenerative ag strategy through engagement with farmers and local/regional members of the agricultural sector and conservation partners in project areas.
This position will work from office for 2 days a week at our Des Moines commercial office but will have the ability to work from home other days.
