ICP Receptionist

This position is the first point of contact within our office/facility and presents a positive and professional image of our company to all our clients, suppliers, associates, callers and office visitors. Provides minimal administrative support to various departments in the office/facility.

The Receptionist maintains the front desk of a facility.

About Your Job:

  • 30% Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external partners; greets, welcomes, directs, and announces visitors while providing a professional reception experience.
  • 15% Manages incoming calls and general inquiries, including answering, screening, routing calls, and providing basic information as appropriate.
  • 15% Supports site security and visitor management by following established access control procedures, maintaining visitor logs, coordinating visitor badges, and ensuring reception area compliance with site requirements.
  • 10% Prepares and manages employee identification cards and provides general administrative support to employees and site functions.
  • 15% Provides administrative support for purchasing activities, including creating and tracking purchase requisitions and purchase orders, coordinating invoices and payments, and following up with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • 10% Coordinates logistics for site meetings, employee events, and other activities, including meeting rooms, catering, supplies, vendors, and other logistical requirements.
  • 5% Performs general administrative duties, maintains reception and office-related records and supplies, and supports other site administrative activities as needed.

About You:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Up to one year of experience Basic knowledge of MS Office High attention to detail Strong communication skills.
