Receptionist
Are you a proactive, organized person who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment? We're looking for you! At Cuatrecasas, we are seeking to incorporate an Afternoon Receptionist into our Mexico City office.
DUTIES
- We are looking for an initiative-driven professional who can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, possesses strong communication skills, and demonstrates a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:

Client Service: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, both in person and over the phone.

Call Management: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate department.

Access Control: Register the entry and exit of visitors to help maintain office security.

Calendar Management: Coordinate appointments, reserve meeting rooms, and manage schedules.

Correspondence Management: Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and emails.

Administrative Support: Assist with office inventory control, filing, and database maintenance.

Event Coordination Support: Provide assistance in organizing internal and external events.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Intermediate
-
English level (B2.2)

Previous experience as an assistant or in administration.

Competency in using digital tools
