YOUR TASKS

• Ensure compliance with customer, internal, legal, and Conformity of Production (CoP) requirements throughout serial production.
• Drive structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as PSCS, 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and other quality tools.
• Lead investigations of quality issues, identify root causes, and coordinate containment, corrective, and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate sorting activities and quality containment actions within production and external service providers when required.
• Monitor, evaluate, and analyze quality performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data-driven decision making.
• Plan, perform, and follow up on product audits and process audits, ensuring compliance with defined standards and customer requirements.
• Support internal, customer, certification, and IATF 16949 audits, including preparation, execution, follow-up, and closure of audit findings.
• Verify fulfillment of product requirements according to engineering drawings, specifications, standards, customer requirements, and manufacturing processes.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Electronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or another related technical field.
• Experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Process Quality, or Automotive Quality.
• Strong understanding of automotive quality standards and methodologies. Practical experience with: 8D Problem Solving; Root Cause Analysis (RCA); 5 Why Analysis; Ishikawa (Fishbone); Control Plans; MSA; Process Capability Studies (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk); Statistical Data Analysis - preferable.
• Experience conducting product audits, process audits, and supporting customer or certification audits.
• Good understanding of technical drawings, product specifications, engineering requirements, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions, good communication skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken.

Information regarding Base Salary From 2700 to 2900 EUR (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience. Salary is reviewed at least once per year. Also, you will be entitled to the annual bonus, that depends on your results.
