Overview
The Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor reports to the QA Manager or Assistant Manager for a manufacturing facility and leads a team of QA Analysts. This role oversees the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance/control systems to ensure that products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards, coordinate inspections, and monitor production processes to identify and resolve food safety and quality issues. The Supervisor ensures compliance with HACCP, GMPs, FDA/CFIA regulations, and company standards while providing training, development and guidance to their direct report team. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement, address customer complaints, and prepare for audits.
