About the Role As a QA Lead at Amber Studio in Manila, you’ll elevate the team’s testing capabilities, set clear goals, track progress, and mentor staff to support career growth. You’ll collaborate with the Project Manager to implement project strategies, manage day-to-day needs with partners, and ensure our product meets industry and company standards across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do
- Set clear goals for team members and track progress; provide support for career growth.
- Assist the Project Manager in implementing vertical strategy on each project.
- Understand and participate in basic budgeting for projects.
- Communicate directly with partners and stakeholders for day-to-day needs.
- Execute test cases and create test plans to ensure coverage and quality across PC, Console, Mobile (iOS/Android), Web, etc.
