- Sicherstellung von Stabilität und Reproduzierbarkeit relevanter Montage- und Justageprozesse in der Objektivfertigung; systematische Ursachenanalysen und nachhaltige Gegenmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen.
- Analyse von Fertigungsdaten, Prüfergebnissen und Qualitätsabweichungen; Ableitung konkreter Prozessanpassungen, Standards und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
- Entwicklung, Bewertung und Optimierung von Montage-/Justagestrategien für optische Baugruppen – Fokus auf Genauigkeit, Wiederholbarkeit, Prozessfenster, Durchlaufstabilität und Serienfähigkeit.
- Identifikation neuer oder verbesserter Montage-/Justageverfahren; Begleitung von Versuchen/Erprobungen und Überführung freigegebener Lösungen in stabile Serienprozesse.
