Overview
Moonshot is hiring a Project Manager to plan, execute, and close projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to approved scope and quality standards.
This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project risks, communicates with stakeholders, and drives successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Project Planning

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans

Execution & Team Leadership
-
Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate activities across departments
-
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
-
Ensure compliance with organizational standards
-
Risk, Budget & Change Management
-
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
-
Manage project budgets and resources
-
Oversee change management processes
-
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
-
Facilitate meetings and communicate status updates
-
Manage stakeholder expectations
-
Track KPIs and report status to leadership
-
Project Closeout
-
Conduct project closeout activities and lessons learned

Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
-
3 to 7+ years of project management experience.
-
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar tools.
-
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
-
PMP certification.
-
Agile, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification.
