As we continue expanding our Airports business across the UAE and the wider region, we are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead the delivery of major airport developments and expansions.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Managing airport projects across Airside and/or Landside environments.
• Leading multidisciplinary engineering and design teams throughout all project phases.
• Coordinating with airport authorities, operators, clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality objectives.
• Driving technical excellence and effective design management processes.
• Monitoring project performance and implementing proactive mitigation measures.
• Ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Supporting business development activities, proposals, and client presentations when required.
• Mentoring project teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Transportation Engineering, Airport Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Master's degree in engineering management or a related field is an advantage.

• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.

• 13-16+ years of professional experience within airport infrastructure projects.

• Strong understanding of airport planning, design coordination, and project delivery methodologies.

• Working knowledge of ICAO, IATA, and international airport design standards.

• Experience managing projects from concept design through detailed design and delivery stages.

• Proven project management experience in Airside and/or Landside airport developments.

• Experience in Greenfield and Brownfield airport projects is highly desirable.

• Strong design engineering background with progression into project leadership roles.

• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

• Experience overseeing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and project controls.

• Previous experience within international engineering consultancy environments is preferred.

• GCC airport project experience is highly desirable.

• Excellent English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in complex, multicultural, and fast-paced environments.
