Land Republic is a growing Nigerian real estate developer delivering affordable and mid market housing across Lagos, Oyo, and Ogun States, with a growing portfolio of estate developments and purpose built student housing.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to oversee projects from land acquisition through design, construction, sales handover, and close out. The role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead projects through feasibility, design, approvals, procurement, construction, handover, and close out.
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, risk registers, and stage gates.
- Work with Finance and Quantity Surveyors to control costs, review BOQs, valuations, variations, and contractor payments.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Manage statutory approvals, procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
- Monitor site progress, quality, HSE, and contractor performance.
- Prepare monthly reports covering project progress, cost, cash flow, risks, and key decisions.
- Support sales with reliable completion timelines and lead buyer handover and defects management.
What You'll Need:
- BSc/B.Tech in Building, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Estate Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years' experience in construction or real estate delivery, including at least 3 years managing residential or mixed use projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, valuations, variations, cost control, and project cash flow.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 and strong Excel skills.
- Good understanding of Nigerian approvals, contractors, suppliers, and project delivery in Lagos and Ogun States.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional registration with CORBON, COREN, NIQS, or NIOB is an added advantage.
