Production Supervisor
Responsible for the daily production management of foaming/leather sewing/assembly area, including 5S, safety management and quality management. Responsible for the arrangement and management of staff in the foaming/leather sewing/assembly area. Ensure the delivery and quality of production and apply tools to control production to avoid NOK products. Responsible for the initialization and improvement of APS. Responsible for training and coaching the team leader and operators. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. Coordinate with equipment/process/quality/project teams. Ensure on-time delivery.
