A Snapshot of Your Day

Join a manufacturing team where your planning decisions directly shape customer satisfaction and delivery performance. You will analyze production capacity and workload against current orders and year-end targets, balancing customer requirements with equipment availability and workforce resources. Every day, you’ll develop and optimize production and material plans, monitor progress, and quickly respond to changing priorities. When challenges arise, you’ll collaborate across teams to keep production on track and ensure timely delivery. Your work will help create a reliable, efficient operation that continuously improves performance and customer experience.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will analyze production capacity and workload based on current orders and year-end business targets to support effective planning decisions.
  • You will develop and maintain production and material plans that help ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
  • You will determine delivery schedules and issue production orders by balancing customer needs, equipment availability, and workforce capacity.
  • You will proactively adjust plans and coordinate with stakeholders when production delays or urgent issues impact delivery commitments.
  • You will generate planning reports that track progress, identify risks, forecast future trends, and recommend improvement actions.

What You Bring

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or above; a degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in planning or a related function within a manufacturing or operational environment.
  • You have strong English communication skills, with confidence in both written and spoken English.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
  • You have experience with digital tools or planning software, which will be an advantage.
