About the Role
Fashion Nova is seeking a Product Developer to bring innovative ideas to life and create a standout product line. The role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for current fashion trends, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. Candidates should demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills to turn concepts into reality.
What You'll Do
- Manage the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality products
- Collaborate with design, production, merchandising, and sales to meet customer needs and align with company goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality materials delivered on time
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage and mentor a team of product developers
- Develop and manage product development budgets
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product development experience, preferably in women's apparel
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office; expert in Adobe Illustrator
- Outstanding time-management and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in garment and fabric construction (a plus)
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality; pivot in a dynamic environment
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Supply Management
- English language; additional language(s) an advantage
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, core business hours, onsite
