Everlaw is seeking a Product Design Manager to lead and empower a team of designers building high-impact, AI-powered litigation experiences. This role sits at the intersection of design craft and people leadership, ideal for someone who cares about craft, tackles technical challenges, and mentors others to reach their best work.

What You'll Do

• Lead, grow, and empower a team of product designers building high-impact user experiences for an AI-powered litigation platform.

• Shape design strategy and ensure high-quality, user-centered outcomes across complex, enterprise workflows.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research to deliver intuitive, trustworthy experiences and scale design systems.

• Champion accessibility, usability, and measurable impact; advocate for user research and data-driven decision making.

• Mentor designers, hire as needed, and cultivate a strong, inclusive design culture across the company.

• What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading design teams that shipped enterprise AI user experiences.

• Exceptional craft in product design (interaction, visual design, and research) and strong communication skills.

• Ability to tackle technical challenges and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
