Tareas

Act as the central contact point (interface) for Project Purchasing for all stakeholders involved in customer projects, from the project acquisition phase through End of Production (EOP).

• Ensure compliance with the project purchasing budget (Project BOM), including component and tooling costs, in coordination with the Project Commodity Manager and Product Line.
• Ensure transparency regarding cost development, target achievement, and project deviations from nomination through Start of Production (SOP), using tools such as cost breakdowns, value analysis, and cost walks.
• Manage risks and opportunities within Project Purchasing to ensure compliance with the assigned budget.
• Implement and maintain standardized project management reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Purchasing.
• Support the Sales organization by providing competitive and timely Bills of Materials (BOMs) for the evaluation of new business opportunities or volume changes.
• Coordinate change management activities within Project Purchasing and ensure effective communication with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, procedures, and processes.
• Support the management of bottlenecks during production ramp-up for critical purchased components.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of Project Purchasing.
• Provide methodological and administrative support through the development of reporting tools, document management, information flow, and change control.
• Coordinate and implement special projects related to Project Purchasing.
• Support cross-project reporting and tracking activities.

Perfil

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Additional training in Purchasing, Project Management, or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Experience in Purchasing, the automotive industry, and project management.
• Knowledge of cost management, supplier management, and sourcing processes.
• English: Fluent (B2+)
• Microsoft Office
• SAP – Advanced
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and tracking capabilities.
