Job Description

Working Location: Diem Thuy Industrial Park, Phu Binh District, Thai Nguyen Province, Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring of equipment – including regular testing and ensuring maintenance tasks are carried out.
• Oversight of processes and working to maintain optimization of the production line.
• Assisting Process Technicians in troubleshooting in the event of a problem.
• Data collection, interpretation and report writing.
• Presentation of data and reports to senior colleagues and management.
• Risk assessments of the equipment and processes being used.
• Continual evaluation of equipment and processes to ensure both efficiency and quality remain high.
• Develop new process/technology to improve yield and cost.
• To be responsible for product quality.
• Communication with customer for customer complain.

Required Skills/Experience/Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline required (master’s preferred)
• English communication is mandatory (writing, reading, listening, speaking).
• 5+ years in working as process engineer or quality engineer.
• Critical/Logical thinking and statistical analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commercial awareness.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Creative thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
