We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across the PowerPoint product portfolio. In this role, you will drive operational and execution excellence, develop playbooks and systems that solve hard problems in elegant and efficient ways, and use AI to accelerate and amplify the team’s work to deliver success across programs that power the next generation of productivity.
You will help us prioritize across strategic and immediate needs and your leadership will span varied projects that can include forward deployed engineering (FDE), fundamentals from security to performance, optimizing Copilot capabilities, delivering latest models inside Copilot experiences, driving customer adoption and satisfaction, and ensuring high craft while modernizing frontline experiences in the world’s flagship presentation and storytelling application.
This role requires technical depth, program leadership, and executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across diverse teams. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of PowerPoint while collaborating across product teams and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

As part of PowerPoint TPM leadership, prioritize programs and foster excellence within the TPM discipline.

Partner closely with PowerPoint Product and Engineering teams to plan, coordinate, and execute on product outcomes.

Across programs, define success, establish schedules and milestones, align stakeholders, communicate status and ensure shared awareness of critical details and action items.

Develop systems and playbooks, tooling and processes, risk mitigations, and continually evolve and improve our approach to tackling complex problems.

Use AI to automate and accelerate programs and derive insights that become action to propel the team forward.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
