Job Summary
We are hiring motivated Field officers to join our fintech team.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new POS agents/merchants.
- Train agents on device usage, transaction processes, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure agents comply with company policies and guidelines.
- Provide ongoing support to agents and resolve escalated issues.
