Job title: Plumber
Salary: ₦190,000 (NET)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos State
Experience Required: Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Plumber in a facility management sector is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing systems, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing faults such as leakages, blockages, water pressure, and drainage issues.
- Perform routine swimming pool maintenance, including inspection and maintenance of pool pumps, filtration systems, valves, pipes, drains, and circulation systems.
- Identify and resolve swimming pool-related faults.
- Conduct regular inspections of plumbing and swimming pool systems to identify potential faults and ensure efficient operation.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency plumbing or swimming pool-related issues.
- Maintain accurate service records, ensure proper use and care of tools and equipment, and comply with all company health, safety, and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of trade test 1-3 certification.
- 3+ years of experience as a plumber in a maintenance facility.
- Must demonstrate technical knowledge of plumbing systems.
- Ability to use specialized tools and follows documented procedures and policies to diagnose and complete repairs, including identifying and preparing required parts and tools.
- Good observation skills.
