About the Role
We are currently seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to join our Hazelnut Company Chile team. In this role, you will drive plant performance improvement by leading the implementation and promotion of the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives. Working closely with Plant Managers, you will also oversee cross-functional projects, support budget planning and tracking, and foster collaboration across departments to ensure the effective execution of operational priorities.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as a key change agent to drive the rollout of Ferrero Operational Excellence, fostering a continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing culture
- Define and execute Operational Excellence initiatives and training plans in collaboration with plant stakeholders
- Coach and empower teams on methodologies through a train-the-trainer approach, ensuring ownership and capability building
- Monitor, consolidate, and report progress on Operational Excellence initiatives
- Lead the deployment of Smart Factory initiatives, ensuring effective local execution
- Track performance and progress, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives
- Support the development of the Plant Master Plan by consolidating inputs from all departments
- Monitor execution of Master Plan initiatives and report progress to plant leadership
- Lead the plant budget planning process and coordinate monthly financial closure and follow-up
About You:

You hold a Degree in Engineering or a related field, along with solid, proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and project management within industrial environments.

You are a strong communicator, and fluency in both Spanish and English is essential to effectively collaborate across functions and drive initiatives. Your profile is complemented by excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and guide diverse teams, and a results-oriented, proactive mindset.
