About the Role Logan Health – Whitefish is seeking an OB/GYN physician to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care at a community birth center and affiliated hospital. The role involves outpatient and inpatient coverage in a high-quality care setting near Glacier National Park, delivering care to the Montana community.
What You'll Do
- Provide OB/GYN coverage in outpatient and inpatient settings for a high-volume community birth center (delivering 600 babies annually) and associated hospital services
- Collaborate with anesthesia, perinatal nursing, and neonatal teams to support 24/7 care, including newborn coverage via newborn physician or NNP
- Maintain care standards in line with AWHONN perinatal guidelines; participate in continuing medical education (CME)
- Work within a 25-bed community hospital with a new C-section suite and access to Level I nursery with Level III NICU 15 miles away at Logan Children’s Hospital
- Support the mission and values of Logan Health while delivering compassionate care and advancing patient education
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years OB/GYN experience preferred
- Ability to provide both outpatient and inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care in a community hospital setting
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork in a multi-disciplinary environment
