About the Role Join Logan Health as a hematologist/oncologist to provide comprehensive cancer care in the Flathead Valley alongside a dedicated team of 4 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners. The position features a general oncology practice with roughly 75% oncology and 25% hematology, with Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and Breast Surgical Oncology available onsite, plus nurse navigation, nutrition, naturopathy, palliative care, and genetics services. Kalispell, Montana sits near Glacier National Park, offering a high quality of life while expanding access to cancer care in the region.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive cancer care with a 75% oncology / 25% hematology mix.
- Participate in on-site Radiation Oncology and Surgical Oncology services; collaborate with nurse navigators and genetics team.
- Take call 1:5 primarily as consultation to admitting hospitalist service; participate in weekly tumor board and biweekly breast tumor board.
- Engage in cooperative group and industry clinical trials to advance cancer care.
- Help expand access to cancer care in the Flathead Valley and surrounding areas.

- Interest in participating in clinical trials and regional cancer program initiatives.
- Willingness to work onsite in Kalispell, Montana.
Nice to Have
- Experience with genetics, palliative care, nutrition, naturopathy, and supportive care services onsite.
- Interest or experience in breast surgical oncology or other surgical oncology collaborations (onsite availability).
- Familiarity with tumor boards and cooperative group trials.
