About the Role Join Endeavor Health as a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician at our Buffalo Grove clinic. This outpatient, 1.0 FTE position offers 36 patient-facing hours per week, with a schedule that includes one early start (7am), one late day (7pm), and one Saturday per month (4 hours). You’ll be part of an integrated health system using Epic EMR to provide safe, equitable care to a diverse patient population. What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient primary care for a panel of patients in a collegial, integrated health system.
- Work Monday-Friday with a combination of early start (7am), late day (7pm), and one Saturday per month (4 hours), totaling 36 patient-facing hours.
- Utilize Epic EMR for integrated patient care and care coordination.
- Participate in call responsibilities (approximately 2 weeks per year).
- Collaborate within a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines. What We're Looking For
- Medical degree from an accredited school; eligible for medical licensure in Illinois.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Outpatient/ambulatory care experience and ability to work within an integrated health system.

- Salary range: $250,000 - $585,998 USD; pay determined within range based on FTE, experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and performance metrics.
