About the Role Logan Health – Conrad is seeking a BE/BC Rural Family Medicine Physician to deliver full-spectrum primary care in a rural Montana setting. This role combines outpatient and inpatient responsibilities and emphasizes personalized care, community connection, and provider support.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive family medicine care across the lifespan, including outpatient services and inpatient coverage; ED coverage and procedures may be included based on interest and training.
- Collaborate with skilled clinical staff to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to the rural Hi-Line community.
- Engage in leadership, teaching, and professional development opportunities while contributing to program growth and patient outcomes.
- Maintain work-life balance in a lower-volume, rural setting with opportunities for meaningful community impact.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $325,000 - $350,000 annually.
- Approved NHSC site; eligible for federal loan repayment.
