The role includes needs assessment, ongoing assessment, and one-on-one meetings, with opportunities for professional development and program innovation to ensure quality and expediency in language acquisition. The instructor will align with the University’s mission while serving within the ESL Program.
What You'll Do
- Teach ESL courses across Reading, Writing, Grammar, and Listening & Speaking to non-native speakers, using blended and integrative approaches
- Design, deliver, and assess instruction to promote student success and engagement in/out of the classroom
