ABOUT THIS ROLE
This role is customer-facing and focused on providing support to customers across our internal store network. At this stage of our growth, we are looking for part-time support, with an expected workload of min. 20 hours per week.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with customers face to face to receive and process all of Ria’s products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency
- Accurately verify or enter the customer’s information on our systems
- Courteously assist customers with various inquiries such as questions about our services, service cancellations, or other Ria locations
- Recognize problems, issues, or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escalate to the management team
- Keep up to date with Ria’s products, services, and policies
- Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit
- Prepare a record of your daily transaction
- Actively promote our services by distributing leaflets to attract customers to our store (mandatory requirement)
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested by your colleagues and superiors
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Polish and English communicative level is a must (min. B1). Any other language will be a plus
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
- Some computer knowledge with the ability to use MS Word and Excel
- Cash handling experience is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- A valid work permit is a must
- Your positive attitude and effective communication skills will be essential to work alongside your team members and creating outstanding services for the customers
