About this role
Painting Process Engineer
Tetla, Tlaxcala, Mexico.
What are your main tasks?
- Generate and update technical documentation such as Parameter Sheets, Operation Sheets, Flow Chart, FMEA, CP.
- Line balancing.
- Program and configure painting robots.
- Design and load programs on the production line.
- Adjustment of process parameters.
- Solution of defects in the painting process.
- Jig design.
- Evaluate the processes for which they are responsible to identify areas for improvement.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, or software faults in robotic arms.
- Keep the KPIs of the area within the objective.
What are your qualifications?
- Core tools
- Programming of B+M Robots
- PLCs
- Knowledge of Mixing Room
- Troubleshooting Tools
- Continuous improvement
- Knowledge of technologies
- Knowledge and practice of quality tools
- High sense of urgency.
