Job Purpose
As the Outbound Transport Logistics Specialist, this operational role within the Parts & Service Logistics function will serve as the primary liaison between Dealer Parts Support, carriers, distribution centers and stakeholders. The role ensures timely and effective resolution of dealer inquiries while proactively monitoring and supporting On-Time Delivery performance, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining documentation, and supporting outbound logistics processes in alignment with business goals and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dealer Parts Support regarding transportation and logistics-related inquiries.
- Investigate, resolve, and communicate shipment status, delivery exceptions, freight claims, and transportation issues affecting dealers.
