OT Solution Delivery & Integration Engineer

Mission

Translate approved OT security architectures into safe, repeatable and supportable technical deployments across clusters and plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs, deployment patterns, configuration baselines and integration guidance for approved solutions.
• Support pilots and roll-outs for secure remote access, segmentation, asset visibility, monitoring, backup and related controls.
• Validate interoperability with industrial systems, networks, vendors and operational processes.
• Coordinate technical implementation with cluster teams, plants, IT infrastructure and solution providers.
• Produce engineering documentation, acceptance criteria, handover packages and support models.
• Capture field lessons and feed improvements back into architecture and standards.
• Ensure deployments follow change control, safety, availability and operational risk requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in automation, engineering, networking, cyber security or a related discipline, equivalent specialist experience accepted.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of industrial networks, systems integration and OT security controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex multi-vendor environments and produce clear technical documentation.

Experience

• 7+ years in industrial automation, infrastructure, systems integration or security engineering, including 3+ years in OT security.

• Experience delivering pilots and multi-site technology deployments in operational environments.

• Experience with industrial networking, remote access, segmentation, monitoring or backup technologies.

• Certifications

• GICSP or IEC 62443 preferred.

• Relevant Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Microsoft, industrial automation or OT security vendor certification desirable.
