As Operations Manager, you will play a key role within the plant leadership team, driving operational performance and continuous improvement across the operation. You will lead teams in Process and Maintenance, ensure strong results across safety, quality, delivery and cost, and contribute to the long‑term development of people and capabilities. This role combines hands‑on leadership, strategic thinking and cross‑functional collaboration, with active involvement in productivity initiatives, infrastructure projects and innovation efforts aligned with business priorities.
What You Will Do
- Operational Results (SQCDM): Lead and deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery and morale targets for the operational area.
- Safety Leadership: Identify, eliminate and prevent unsafe conditions, fostering a strong safety culture across teams.
