• ABOUT THIS ROLE

• We are seeking a Revenue & Data Analyst to support complex economic analysis, data mining, and the early-stage design of analytical and pricing systems. This role will sit at the intersection of revenue strategy, data science, and systems thinking, partnering closely with Revenue, Trading, Product, and Technology teams.

• The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with imperfect data, and motivated to move beyond spreadsheets into scalable, automated decision‑support systems.

• ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Economic & Revenue Modeling

• Build and maintain complex economic models to evaluate pricing strategies, fees, FX spreads, partner economics, and corridor‑level profitability.

• Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and stress modeling to support commercial and strategic decisions.

• Translate business questions into quantitative frameworks that can be reused and scaled.

• Data Mining & Analysis

• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (transactional, pricing, partner, and market data).

• Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities that impact revenue, margin, and growth.

• Develop clear, executive‑ready insights from complex datasets.

• Systems & Automation (Foundational)

• Help define and prototype analytical systems that move the organization away from manual, ad‑hoc analysis.

• Partner with Engineering, Product, and BI teams to:

• Design data pipelines and model logic

• Translate economic models into system‑ready specifications

• Support the evolution of pricing, revenue, and decision engines

• Cross‑Functional Support

• Work closely with Revenue Management, Trading, Finance, and Product to support:

• Partner negotiations and deal economics

• New corridor or product launches

• Ongoing optimization initiatives

• Support leadership with ad‑hoc analysis, deep dives, and strategic evaluations.

• Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical background in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience building economic or financial models (pricing, unit economics, margin analysis, etc.).

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of SQL.

• Experience working with large, imperfect, or fragmented datasets.

• Ability to clearly communicate complex analysis to non‑technical stakeholders.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python, R, or similar analytical languages.

• Exposure to data engineering, BI tools, or system design concepts.

• Background in financial services, payments, FX, fintech, or marketplace businesses.

• Experience helping translate analytical logic into production systems (even at a conceptual or prototype level).
