About the Role An Occupational Therapist – Inpatient – Days (Per Diem) will provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care to physician-referred patients across multiple Endeavor Health hospitals. This per diem role typically supports 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shifts with rotating weekends and requires travel to Highland Park, Skokie, Glenbrook, and Evanston locations. You will also participate in student supervision and maintain accurate clinical documentation. What You'll Do
- Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician-referred patients
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
- Participate in the clinical supervision of students What We're Looking For
- License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of IL
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy or Master’s degree from an accredited program approved by AOTA and AMA Council on Medical Education
- Certification: CPR required; NBCOT-OTR (preferred)
- Experience: Inpatient occupational therapy
- Skills: Inpatient occupational therapy; ability to work across multiple hospital locations and collaborate with care teams
- Travel: Ability to travel to Highland Park, Skokie, Glenbrook, Evanston locations as needed Nice to Have
- NBCOT certification preferred
- Per diem/weekend coverage experience Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $35.16 - $54.50 per hour
