• NFI North, Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses to join the medical team at our largest Transitional Housing Program in Concord, New Hampshire. Our residential treatment and day program is known for providing comprehensive clinical and vocational services, along with practical life-skills support, for adults living with mental illness who are working toward greater independence. With the encouragement of our dedicated team, many participants move into their own apartments and pursue college opportunities.

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Nurse, you will partner with our psychiatrist and medical team to plan and deliver medical and psychiatric nursing care for program participants. Your work will include nursing assessments, medication administration, medical documentation and recordkeeping, and oversight of program medical supplies. This role includes on-call responsibilities, and the successful candidate must be willing to become a CPR/First Aid Trainer. You will be part of a large, collaborative program where flexibility, colleague support, and teamwork are valued. Qualifications

• Degree from accredited School of Nursing must hold NH, RN License and experience with the program population is preferred. Registered Nurse degree is required, and experience working with this population is preferred.
