Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and professional Nurse to join our team at the Gbagada Branch.
  • The successful candidate will provide quality patient care, support diagnostic procedures, and help deliver an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing care to patients before, during, and after diagnostic procedures.

  • Take and record vital signs, and assist with patient preparation for tests and scans.

  • Support sample collection, cannulation, and other clinical procedures as required.

  • Monitor patients and respond promptly to changes in condition or emergencies.

  • Educate patients on procedures, preparations, and aftercare where necessary.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and nursing documentation.

  • Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and clinical protocols.

  • Collaborate with clinicians, laboratory, and front-desk teams for seamless service delivery.

  • Uphold Clinix Healthcare’s standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and patient-centered care.

  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Registered Nurse (RN) / Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) from a recognized institution.

  • Valid practicing license/registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).

  • Previous experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre, or clinic is preferred.

  • Completed NYSC.

  • Strong clinical knowledge and practical nursing skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professional composure.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage patient flow efficiently.

  • Good teamwork and a patient-centered approach.

  • Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and continuous professional development.

  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: N2,500,000 - N3,200,000 per annum

  • HMO — Employee only

  • Paid annual leave

  • Annual leave allowance
