Night Shift Maintenance Technician
Position Overview
As a Night Shift Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping our high-volume manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. In this multi-craft role, you’ll work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, using your expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize plant equipment. You’ll support CNC and PLC-controlled machinery, motor controls and drives, robotics (including FANUC and KUKA), industrial networks, and automated tooling systems, ideal for Maintenance Technicians or Maintenance Mechanics looking to expand their automation knowledge and develop long-term technical mastery in a modern manufacturing environment.
This is a full-time 2nd shift (Overnight) role, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM. Join us and be a vital part of our team, where your skills and dedication make a real impact every day.
We pay by experience and skill set:
$38.96 per hour - $48.00 per hour plus a 6% Shift Differential
We are offering $1,000 Sign-On bonuses for experienced Maintenance Technicians paid out after 90 days of employment!
Responsibilities

Works within the Production & Logistics (P&L) Way, reads follows, and identifies improvements for verbal and standard written work instructions (SWI), position standards, and standard operating procedures.

Practices safe work behavior, including the utilization of proper safety equipment and adherence to safety guidelines. Identifies and corrects or escalates potentially unsafe situations/conditions.

Complies with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements; reports hazards, environmental risks, and incidents; uses required PPE; operates equipment safely; and helps maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

Demonstrates advanced level proficiency in the department’s core processes, with the ability to independently execute standard workflows and identify routine issues, escalating more complex problems as needed.

Maintains normal situation, 5S standards, good organization of workspace, and housekeeping.

Performs routine inspections on products, processes, and materials to ensure work output meets product specifications.

Can explain issues and targets on the RTM board and take responsibility for countermeasures and actions.

Keeps Team Lead and Supervisor informed of any issues or challenges.

Effectively contributes ideas across functions to enable collaboration.

Complete assigned maintenance tasks with appropriate guidance, documenting work performed per procedure in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Perform routine checks/inspections and communicate status, risks, and constraints promptly to the Lead, Supervisor, and maintenance team.

Maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment and supporting systems (e.g., hydraulic/pneumatic, fluid process control, plasma cutters, and automated welding and painting equipment).

Diagnose equipment failures at the system and component levels and support corrective actions to restore production.

Actively participates in emergency response activities as trained and assigned.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
-
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in maintenance related field

Understanding mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic concepts and components; ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics and identify schematic symbols.

Knowledge of industrial safety requirements for work involving hazardous, flammable, and potentially explosive materials/environments, including strict adherence to LOTO and COHE procedures.

Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preventive maintenance & troubleshooting of industrial systems.
