Your responsibilities

Your Journey Phase 1: Learning & Development (First 6 Months) A structured program of self-paced learning, instructor-led sessions, and hands-on activities covering network automation, cloud, AI/ML, and internet technologies. You'll build programming fundamentals (Python, REST APIs, JSON), learn security and performance monitoring, earn certifications, and strengthen communication and presentation skills through mentoring, technical challenges, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Phase 2: Job Rotations (Next 12 Months) Up to two rotations across areas such as Network Integration, Customer Solution Design, Automation & Digitalization, Project Management, Customer Engineering, Service Delivery, or Network Transformation Programs — working on real projects alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams.
Your skills and experience
What We Are Looking For
- Recent Bachelor's/Master's graduates or final-year students
- Curiosity, learning agility, and passion for technology
- Interest in automation, AI, cloud, networking, or software development
- Strong problem-solving, communication (English), and teamwork skills
- Self-driven, adaptable, and proactive
Preferred (not required): exposure to computer networking, Python, cloud technologies, automation, APIs, data analytics, or AI/ML through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
