We are looking for a talented Microsoft Business Applications Developer to design, develop, and support business-critical solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role combines software development, systems integration, automation, reporting, and application support to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient business solutions.
What You'll Be Cooking:
- Develop, enhance, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Build and maintain extensions, integrations, reports, workflows, and system improvements.
- Design and support Model-Driven Power Apps, Dataverse solutions, and Power Automate workflows.
- Develop SharePoint and Microsoft Teams solutions that improve collaboration and business processes.
- Build and maintain integrations between Business Central, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and other business systems.
- Support APIs, dataflows, automation services, and third-party integrations.
- Apply software development best practices, including testing, source control, documentation, and release management.
- Support reporting, data quality, SQL queries, and business intelligence requirements.
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, system optimization, and enterprise application support.
## What You'll Bring to the Table:

National Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years' experience in software development, business applications, or enterprise systems.

Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365.

Experience with integrations, APIs, automation, and reporting solutions.

Experience using Azure DevOps, Git, and software development best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
