Job Description
Overview
- Support Buying & Finance team in day-to-day billings operations.
- Booking the space or airtime once the campaign plan has been agreed with the client.
- Handle own set of client accounts with accountability and responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Work closely and build strong relationship with media owners manage invoices and billings
- Media Reports/Invoices
- Generate media spend reports by each client.
- Assist finance on invoice matching to bcc schedule number.
- Overall
- Work closely with Buying & Finance team on billings and deadlines.
- Manage and clear all billings and backlogs.
Qualifications
- Min Diploma in Business/Finance/Data Analytics/Statistics
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English
