About the Opportunity
We are seeking Mechanical BIM Specialists with strong experience in piping modeling, BIM coordination, and LOD 400 development.
This is a full-time vendor-track opportunity designed for professionals looking for long-term project involvement and continuous growth.
Important
- Full-time commitment required (40 hours per week)
- Standard business schedule, Monday through Friday
- Own workstation required
- Vendor engagement with potential path to staff employment
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
Read Before Applying
This role is primarily focused on Mechanical Piping, not general HVAC modeling.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience developing and coordinating LOD 400 construction models.
Applicants whose experience is limited to design-stage BIM modeling or primarily HVAC ductwork without piping experience may not be a match for the current projects.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering degree or related background
- 2+ years of Mechanical BIM experience
- Strong Revit experience
- Navisworks experience
- Mechanical piping modeling experience
- LOD 400 construction modeling experience
- BIM coordination and clash detection experience
- Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams
- Experience reviewing construction drawings and project documentation
- Upper-intermediate English or higher
- Immediate or near-immediate availability
- Own computer/workstation
