Duties
- Provide a range of professional massage and body work services in alignment with spa protocols.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and client confidentiality.
- Conduct thorough consultations, ensuring guest comfort and safety at all times.
- Support the spa’s success through teamwork, service excellence, and sales performance.
- Uphold all sanitation and safety protocols to exceed industry and company standard.
- Sells retail products that add to the health, wellness, beauty experience.
