Job title: Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) - Solids
About the Role In this role you ensure that our semi- and fully automatic filling and packaging processes in the cleanroom run reliably and efficiently. Together with your team you contribute to maintaining our high quality standards under GMP conditions and support the smooth production of our Solids products.
What You'll Do
- Operate and set up semi- and fully automatic filling and packaging machines in the cleanroom
- Clean and maintain the systems and uphold a hygienic and safe workplace
- Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and occupational safety regulations
- Perform and document in-process controls
- Operate, monitor and calibrate measurement equipment
- Identify and report deviations or technical faults
- Collaborate actively with the team for continuous process improvement
What We're Looking For
- Completed training and experience in operating automatic machines and equipment in a cleanroom under GMP conditions
- Fluent German (spoken and written); basic English is a plus
- Basic PC skills (e.g., MS Office)
- Willingness to work shifts and occasional Saturdays
- Team orientation, quick comprehension and strong quality mindset
- Meticulous, reliable and structured work approach

- Basic knowledge of English is advantageous
