Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of marketing strategies, drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Identify and pursue new business and customer acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Promote the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Generate leads through field marketing, digital channels, networking, and other promotional activities.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, leads, conversions, and performance.
• Support promotional events, activations, and other marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant marketing or sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads and achieve set targets.
• Good knowledge of marketing principles and customer acquisition techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Candidates must be willing to work in the field when required.

Compensation

N215,000 monthly salary, with additional benefits subject to company policy.
