Marcoms Designer & Content Editor, APAC

Publicis Groupe APAC is looking for a highly motivated and versatile in-house Designer to support the region’s communications and marketing initiatives across print, digital and video formats.

Based in the Philippines and working closely with the APAC Communications team in Singapore and Sydney, this role will play a critical part in shaping how the Groupe shows up visually across internal and external channels.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a designer who combines strong craft with curiosity, thrives in a fast-paced regional environment, and is comfortable working autonomously while delivering consistently high-quality outputs. The ideal candidate will enjoy working flexibly across a mix of print, motion and digital channels.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations, including master templates, layouts, and visual storytelling frameworks
  • Create compelling infographics and data visualisations that simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals
  • Develop social media assets aligned to Publicis Groupe’s brand and thought leadership agenda, including social-first video formats
  • Film and edit video content, delivering high-quality content and video stings for digital channels
  • Produce branded assets across a range of touchpoints, including reports, event materials, internal communications, and campaigns
  • Edit and produce video content, including short-form social assets and internal communications pieces
  • Support basic animation and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and engagement
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in brand application across all outputs
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders while independently managing timelines and priorities

Qualifications

  • Who You Are

  • A self-starter who can manage workload independently and deliver to deadlines without constant direction

  • Highly detail-oriented, with a strong eye for typography, layout, and visual consistency

  • Adaptable and solutions-focused, comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities

  • Curious and future-facing, with a proactive approach to learning and integrating new tools, particularly in AI-driven design and content creation

  • A strong communicator who can interpret briefs and translate them into compelling visual outputs

  • Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a design role, ideally in an in-house, agency, or regional environment

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Working knowledge of video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar)

  • Experience in basic animation and motion design

  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and a willingness to continuously upskill

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, branding, and digital content
