The Manager, Sales Performance & Development leads sales analytics, partner performance, contracting, and incentive programs that support revenue growth across Delta Vacations' B2B distribution channels. As a strategic partner to Sales leadership, this role uses data-driven insights to optimize partner performance, inform commercial strategies, and drive business results.

Overview & Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Analytics & Insights: Lead agency channel performance analysis, reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and forecasting to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Commercial Strategy & Partner Performance: Develop and optimize performance frameworks, segmentation strategies, value models, and incentive programs to drive growth, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Contracts, Commissions & Governance: Manage partner contracts, commission programs, and incentive structures, ensuring effective administration, governance, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Field Sales, Revenue Management, Product, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Legal teams to support commercial initiatives and strategic priorities.
  • People Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor a team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE

Full-Time Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, business development, sales operations, finance, revenue management, commercial strategy, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of leadership or people management experience.
  • Strong analytical, data visualization, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience developing performance metrics, dashboards, reporting, and business reviews that drive business decisions and performance outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional collaborators.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong business and financial competence.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Experience in travel, tourism, or loyalty industries, including knowledge of travel advisor distribution models.
  • Experience managing commercial programs, contracts, commissions, incentives, and performance analytics.
