Act as Single Point of Contact (HR SPoC) for all HR related topics for the Executive Leadership of the organization in aligning the overall HR agenda, processes and practices with business needs and strategies on a global scale and be a leader for HR BP tandem.

Your skills

• Previous experience (or equivalent) as global or local HR Business Partner in an operationally and customer- driven environment
• C1 English
• Degree in HR, law or equivalent field or alternatively broad work experience (or equivalent) in operational HR and leadership consulting
• IT affinity

Your tasks

• Mentor and guide the HR colleagues and the business through complex global HR challenges and create high impact through effective communication and HR skills
• Bundle the Tower’s HR topics across countries and keep close contact with the respective local HRs as well as the central HR departments to develop creative and cost-effective solutions
• Derive the HR roadmap from the tower's business needs and link it to the HR roadmap of the central HR function
• Conduct regular JFs incl. AIDLOG with stakeholders and ensure a pro-active and structured processing of ad-hoc topics as well as strategic topics and the global HR standard processes
• Coordinate international assignments within the Tower including timely career & return planning
• Support business transformation (including transfer assessment) as well as organizational change projects in connection with internal functions as well as external partners
