About the Role Mammography Technologist III at Endeavor Health, located in Evanston, IL, is a full-time radiology role performing specialized mammography exams under the direction of a staff radiologist. The position requires independent judgement, adherence to ACR guidelines, quality control, and ongoing collaboration with scheduling and department operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform specialized mammography exams under the direction of the staff radiologist.
- Execute a variety of technical and clerical duties with independence as needed to apply Mammography procedures.
- Maintain monthly budget constraints and perform yearly budget projections.
- Perform quality control on equipment according to ACR standards.
- Maintain supplies needed throughout the department.
- Schedule staff and maintain scheduling updates.
- Uphold high quality of care and adhere to ACR guidelines while obtaining imaging.
- Explain procedures with tact when additional imaging is needed.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School degree or equivalent.
- Certification: CPR and ARRT required.
- Licenses: IEMA.
- Experience: 3-5 years Mammography experience preferred; 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and computer skills; proficiency with word processing; typing 25-35 wpm.
Nice to Have
- Supervisory experience (1-2 years) preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $37.47 - $58.08 per hour.
