Job Description

Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of production equipment to ensure reliability and technical availability.

Monitor maintenance plans, equipment performance, and maintenance activities, taking necessary corrective actions.

Identify and support improvements to maintenance processes, production equipment, and facility systems.

Analyze breakdown and repair reports to help reduce unplanned downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Support spare-parts planning, availability, and inventory optimization for production and facility equipment.

Support the installation, relocation, commissioning, and requalification of equipment, as well as maintenance of utilities and facility systems.

Work closely with Production and relevant departments to minimize equipment downtime, maintenance costs, and production interruption

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.

• 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good English communication skills..

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
