We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel specializing in derivatives and trading agreements to join our global legal team to collaborate with the firm to negotiate and provide legal advice with respect to derivatives transactions and other trading-related matters. You will work on a variety of transactions and agreements, including derivatives agreements, prime brokerage agreements, and other broker relationship contracts.
